Meditation & Breathwork

From Candle Gazing to Yoga Nidra, Gratitude Meditation, and Lotus Meditation, we explore mudras, chanting, breathwork, and meditations that bring balance and joy into pregnancy.

Prenatal Yoga

Through yoga and pilates, you’ll stretch, strengthen, and relax—helping your body stay flexible while connecting deeply with your baby.

Information Sessions

I share clear, practical information about pregnancy to birth. Topics like Baby Care, Breastfeeding, Diet & Nutrition, Parenting etc. This helps in enhancing confidence of new parents!

Labour Session

In this session, you’ll learn positions, breathing, and relaxation techniques to manage pain and approach birth with ease.
