| Postnatal: Time 12-1 pm IST |
| Monday: Upper body strength workout + core workout |
| Tuesday: Legs workout + core |
| Wednesday: Pelvic strengthening + cardio |
| Friday: Postnatal Yoga + Deep Stretches |
