Monday: Prenatal exercise with weights
Tuesday: Spiritual session (incl guided meditation, chanting, garbha sanskar, connecting with baby)
Wednesday: Pelvic Strengthening and Hip Mobility, Mat Pilates
Thursday: Information session
Friday: Prenatal Yoga Flow
Any One Saturday: Garbh Sanskar based Activity / Guest sessions
Postnatal: Time 12-1 pm IST
Monday: Upper body strength workout + core workout
Tuesday: Legs workout + core
Wednesday: Pelvic strengthening + cardio
Friday: Postnatal Yoga + Deep Stretches
